About eNovation, LLC & iRheum

eNovation LLC is an early-stage Kansas company focused on developing mobile health solutions for specialty physicians. The Company’s software platform is designed to provide workflow efficiency by automating outcome measures, producing one page outcomes summary documents, and directing the electronic prescription to a specialty pharmacy.

The idea for eNovation was developed by co-founders Scott Pribyl and Jarrod Townsend. Scott spent the past 15 years in the biotech and pharmaceutical field specializing in Rheumatology biologics. His previous position specifically addressed the EMR needs of Rheumatologists in rural communities. Jarrod is a certified HIPAA officer with a background in data storage, collocation, security, and electronic medical software development and integration, and is active in assisting both Kansas and Missouri develop a sustainable Health Information Exchange system. In 2010, Scott and Jarrod identified the inefficiencies in medical practice that can be solved with technology that integrates seamlessly with the physician office workflow and software. The result is eNovation’s flagship application, iRheum, which is designed to be the first specialty module of the unique software platform.

Scott Pribyl: Co-Founder and CEO
Scott has been a healthcare specialist for over 15 years. By utilzing his B.S. in Exercise
Physiology, he became a Seating and Mobility Specialist that focused on CP and spinal
cord injuries. Scott then spent the next 12 years in biotech sales. While at Amgen for
5 years he was able to launch Kineret, sell Enbrel and complete their 3 year management
training program. Scott continued in his immunology career for 5 years at Abbott as a
Senior Immunology Specialist selling Humira to Rheumatologists. He ended his biotech
career with over $250M in sales before becoming the VP of Business Development for the
country’s largest Rheumatology group (PSN) covering 8 states. The experience working
directly with specialty physicians helped him understand the unmet needs for EMR and HIE

Jarrod Townsend: Co-Founder and COO
Jarrod has owned and operated several businesses since 1997. He owned and operated an Integrated Systems Engineering Firm where he gained extensive experience in international sales and operations. He has owned and managed businesses for over 13 years where he has secured several national and international exclusive distribution contracts. In 2008, as a principal and head of business development for DTC-HIO, he became the HIPAA officer and headed an 18 month research effort specific to EMR and HIE development and integration, partnering with EMR companies and Cisco for HIE with the primary focus on assisting health organizations and physicians achieve meaningful use.
